In addition to meeting the requirements of the Charter of the French Language, francization will have a positive impact on retaining your staff, since these workers will be able to participate in daily life, forge links with their French-speaking colleagues and develop a sense of belonging to their new host region.
Did you know that…
If you are a company with 25 or more employees, you are required to offer francization courses to your non-French-speaking employees.
The Institute is accredited by Revenu Québec for language courses, which gives access to tax credits, as well as being a training organization accredited by the Commission des partenaires du marché du travail, which enables companies to obtain subsidies for their training.

Exam preparation is for anyone aged 16 or over, regardless of their nationality or mother tongue, who wishes to submit an immigration file to the Ministère de l’Immigration, de la Francisation et de l’Intégration (MIFI) du Québec.
